What service do we offer?

Lordenova works strictly with residential realtors to provide tailored experience and market knowledge to deliver high-quality leads within Facebook's ad campaigns. We go through 4 different phases of ad testing per ad set, allowing us to consistently get the right ads to the right audience. Our lead qualification process of maintaining engagement and communication with leads through our CRM ensures that our clients connect with motivated buyers and sellers, empowering agents to focus their efforts on closing deals, instead of sifting through cold leads.

Funnel/CRM Building

The first step after we onboard our clients is to integrate advertisement funnels and CRM pipelines to qualify our leads. Funnels and CRM's are specific to each client and will take up the first week of the onboarding process. Our CRM pipeline allows us to keep in contact with all leads brought in by the funnel, giving us more than just one opportunity to weigh their intention of buying or selling.

Lead Generation

The second step after we onboard our clients is to start testing creatives, headlines, copy, and offers within Facebook's ad campaigns. This will take up the majority of the second week after onboarding. Once we sift through the fluff to find the best ads, we bump up the ad spend to reach a greater audience, this is done with multiple ads at a time and the ad testing process is always being changed to reach our targeted audience. (Ad spend is included with the price of the plan and will not be an additional charge).

Lead Qualification

The third step of our process is to qualify the leads we gather from the advertisements. Using the CRM pipeline, we follow up with the lead by phone calls, messages, and emails at different stages of pipeline to verify the lead's interest.

Lead Transfer

Once we are certain our clients will be able to get results from our leads, we transfer them through to the clients, who will take over from this point forward to then aid in their house buying/selling process!
